Quintassential communal pool

Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast. The property is south facing and is set in beautiful Algarvian countryside overlooking the town of Loulé with breathtaking views and spectacular gardens!

Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and all the accommodation at Quintassential have their own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All accommodation has been newly decorated and furnished to a very high standard

Accommodation

This is the largest of the accommodation available at Quintassential, the Orange Cottage is a large two bedroom rustic cottage with a fully fitted kitchen including oven and stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

The Lounge/diner is tastefully decorated with cane and pine furniture, Satellite TV and radio/CD player, ceiling fan and the Orange Cottage boasts an original 19th century fireplace that now houses the wood-burning stove. Double doors lead on to the very large south-facing private terrace with it's own table, chairs and Bar-B-Q area. The bathroom has a new luxury double walk-in shower, washbasin, w.c. bidet and there is also a shaver point.

The Orange Cottage bedrooms consist of one double bed and one twin bed. The Orange Cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and an infant.

All apartments/cottages come equipped to a very high standard and have been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable.

The owners request that guests respect their wishes that all accommodation at Quintassential remains "Non Smoking" inside, however they have no objection to guests smoking on the outside terraces if they so wish.

Each apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, cutlery and crockery. Linen and towels are changed frequently during your stay. All the accommodation at the Quintassential has a large selection of books in the apartments/cottages.

On arrival we provide all our guests with a generous welcome hamper that includes; bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk, bottled water, fruit juice, tea, coffee, sugar, white wine, red wine, beer, biscuits and fruit.

Bathrobes are provided for all our guests. All apartments have alarm clock facilities and hairdryers. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at time of booking at no extra cost.

The Quintassential has a communal pool area.  The pool measures 10 x 5 metres and sun loungers, parasols etc are provided for our guests. Pool towels are provided for our guest to use at the Quintassential pool. Beach mats are also provided.

Additional beds can also be arranged at time of booking. There are also laundry facilities available for a small additional charge.

Information on Distances

Orange Cottage Quintassential is located 1 km north of the district town of Loule and only a 15 minute drive from Faro International Airport. Located in the centre of the Algarve and only a 15 minute drive away from the world famous golf courses of Quinta Do Lago, Vale Do Lobo and Vilamoura. The Jim Steward Tennis Academy is close to the Quintassential and so too are the beaches, theme parks, aqua parks, horse riding etc. The Quintassential is ideal for those that like to walk and bird watch
