Due to the ongoing development work on the Dubai Marina located near the hotel, the Deluxe and Club
Land View Rooms and some Tower Rooms may face slight noise disturbances during the day. The development work can also be seen from these rooms.
The Sea View Rooms as well as some of the Tower Rooms remain unaffected.
