Iberostar Grand Hotel Anthelia is in a privileged location, right beside the sandy
beach of Fañabé in the town of Costa Adeje in the south of the island
of Tenerife. A wide range of possibilities nearby for shopping,
sports, sightseeing trips and excursions etc.
The Hotel Offers
A Top Quality complex with gardens and park
area, occupying a total surface area of approximately 60,000 sq.
metres, with panoramic views of the sea and the island of La Gomera.
The hotel comprises several distinct buildings, with Reception, Social
Rooms, Conference Rooms, Auditorium, Reading Room and Video/DVD and
Cinema Projection Room. Main restaurant, “Zeus”, with Buffet service,
BBQ-Restaurant “Portofino” with specialities and snacks menu opposite
the pools, Gourmet Restaurant “Poseidon” with theme menu and Wine
Cellar-Restaurant “Baco” with Spanish specialities menu. Several Bars,
Function Room, Shops and Hairdressers. In the gardens are 5 swimming
pools (2 freshwater pools heated in winter, one seawater pool and two
children's pools). One of the pools is for the exclusive use of those
guests staying in the Suites building. Parasols, sun loungers and
towels for the pool completely free of charge.
Accommodation
Elegant, comfortable rooms all of which have a
complete bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, magnifying mirror and
bathrobe. Satellite Television with TV-PAY system, wake-up call
service and several music channels, mini-bar, safety deposit box free
of charge, air conditioning, telephone, furnished terrace/balcony.
Food & Beverage
Half board service (based on breakfast and
dinner) with an extensive, complete specialities buffet and
international hot and cold cuisine in our Zeus Restaurant. Apart from
the various different Restaurants already listed above, we offer
24-hour room service, snack service in the bar points situated by the
pools, a Piano Bar in the Hotel Hall, the Nelson Pub, a Snack Bar in
the Suites building and the “Anthelia Mall” Function Room.
Sports & Games
Our entertainment team takes care of informing
guests on activities and organising the various entertainment
possibilities: Billiards, French Bowls, Archery, Rifle Shooting,
Mountain Bike Circuit (own bicycles), Aerobics and Aquagym are just
some of the activities which you can enjoy free of charge. Two tennis
and paddle courts complete the range of free sports on offer.
Independent of the Hotel itself, and for an extra charge, there is a
possibility of Windsurfing, Water-skiing, Pedaloes, Diving, Hiking
with a guide, etc. There are also 5 golf courses near the Hotel.
For children
Mini-club (from age 4 to 12), with children's
playground, games room, and specific activities. Night-time babysitting
service on request and for an extra charge.
Entertainment
Professional shows every day and Dance with live
music in the “Anthelia Mall” Room to complete the night time
entertainment offer.
Gala Meals
The prices shown include a gala meal on
Christmas Day and on New Years Eve.
Extra Information
Please notice that work will start on the New
Spa Centre of the hotel helping to increase the existing facilities
this magnificent hotel has to offer. Firstly an existing building will
be demolished to make way for the new Spa, so during the demolition,
clients will be unable to use the tennis court. Please notice that
there are no rooms on this side of the hotel, only the entrance of the
hotel will be affected.
