The Catalonia Punta Del Rey hotel is on the seafront in Las Caletillas, only 14 kilometres
from the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You can enjoy the beauty of
the vegetation surrounding the seawater swimming pool and the
environment designed by the well-known architect Cesar Manrique.
Accommodation
The CATALONIA PUNTA DEL REY hotel consists of two towers of 9 and 7
floors respectively that offer a total of 423 fully renovated rooms.
All rooms have AC, piped-in music, satellite TV, Canal and a safe
deposit box, direct dial telephone and a complete bathroom. The rooms
do not include fridges, however there is a fridge available at
reception.
Facilities
Clients will be astonished by the number of facilities this hotel
offers: 3 swimming pools (2 fresh water swimming pools and 1 seawater
pool) with solarium and hammocks, sports facilities (tennis, squash,
green bowling, mini golf, gym and petanque), sauna, massage,
hairdressers, pool, children's playground, shops, garden.
Other
Buffet restaurant with show cooking during dinner, bread and pastry
oven for breakfast and a barbecue restaurant. You will be able to
enjoy all these services and a lot more thanks to our All-Inclusive
package. The hotel offers a large variety of day-time and night-time
entertainment activities as well as a discotheque and live shows in
the bar.
All Inclusive means
From 10.00 till 23.00 hrs - all drinks in bars ( only local brands).
From 10.00 till 17.00 hrs - snacks , sandwiches, pizza etc... in the
pool bar. The hotel does a daily Barbeque free of charge for All
Inclusive guests (pre-booking for bbq at reception 1 day before).
Sports activities included: Tennis / Squash/ Ping-pong /mini golf -
free of charge. Also All Inclusive guests have a discount for sauna
and massage. All Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Useful information
Transfer time
to Las Caletillas is about 40 minutes. The hotel is built on a steep
incline.
Christmas and New year
Where the hotel provides Gala meals these are included in the price.
Entertainment
Regular entertainment programme during day and night, including live
shows, bingo, dancing, water polo, volleyball, aqua-gym, aerobics,
table tennis.
