216 rooms between main building and garden annexes (across road from main building area); main building has 5 floors, 2 lifts; 4 garden annexes have 2 floors, no lifts.

Twin rooms (maximum 3 persons - 3rd bed is sofa bed)  have bath, shower and WC, satellite TV, telephone, air-conditioning (1 Jul -15 Sep, limited times), hairdryer, safety deposit boxes (payable locally) and balcony or terrace with inland or sea view.
Family Room (maximum 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child - 3rd/4th bed are bunk beds or sofa beds) and have a bath, shower and WC, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini-fridge and safety deposit box (both payable locally), air-conditioning (1 July-15 Sept, limited times) and a balcony. Maid service six times per week, towels and linen changed three times per week.
Maisonette (maximum 4 persons) - are two level with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and with pool and sea view
